INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water Frozen bag of veggies
2 eggs Onions chopped Low sodium soy sauce
4 boneless chicken thighs A hunk of broccoli
2 tsp of salt and pepper
2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp of paprika Olive oil For sauce
2 Tbsp of low sodiumsoy sauce
1/2 cup of water
2 Tbsp of Mirin or honey if you don’t have any
2 Tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of vinegar 4 to 5 ginger slices
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 tsp of corn starch
PREPARATION:
The prior night you make this dishes. Bubble you some plain white rice .Whenever it’s cooked let it cool down prior to setting it in the refrigerator.The following day , set a skillet on medium high intensity , add your olive oil , then add your eggs . Scramble them up genuine great and spot aside. Next add more oil to the container , when the oil warms up, add your onions.Allow the onions to cook down for around two minutes then, at that point, add your veggies . Allow your veggies to cook for around 5 minutes.Next add your last evening rice to the dish Make sure you combine everything as one and ensure all the rice grains are isolated.Add your soy sauce and some onion powder. Blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste.Whenever that is finished, clean your chicken with salt, lime and water. Wash off, then wipe off. Season your meat with salt pepper onion powder and paprika .Get a huge skillet and placed in on medium high intensity. When oil gets truly hot, add your chicken . Allow it to cook for around 2/12 minutes to 3 minutes on each side or until they have a decent singed earthy colored skin .Eliminate from container and hack meat up. Im a similar skillet add your teriyaki blender. When it comes to a stew, toss your chicken back in and add some broccoli.Let that cook until broccoli is quite delicate.
